The same incorrect kanji with identical Unicode code points is repeatedly observed across Google Search (incl. AI Mode), Safari auto-translation, Wikipedia translation mirrors, and LLM-generated summaries.

This is not an IME, OCR, or transient translation error. Cross-platform and cross-language recurrence indicates a structural failure at the retrieval / normalization layer.

This matches False Positive Personal Name Retrieval (FPPNR): a failure where personal names are treated as semantic vectors rather than rigid identifiers, causing identity collapse prior to dialogue generation.
